Not just a picture book service
Victoria, BC based SeeYourStories was created out of a passion for digital imagery and storytelling.
I'm Simmi Behal and I am the founder of SeeYourStories. I have been involved with visual storytelling for the past 16 years. Having produced 30 educational children's games for Disney/Pixar, Leapfrog, Nickelodeon, Dreamworks in addition to educational videos, animations, short independent videos and travel blogs, I decided it was time to take my skills and passion to the next level.
Like many of you, I found that I loved to capture memories by taking photos of significant life events. But my busy lifestyle resulted in a mountain of photos that I rarely ever accessed.
Other than posting pictures to Facebook or to my travel blogs, I really didn't have any tangible mementos to have as keepsakes. I also found that having photos I could look through or share with family became more important after my daughter was born. So in 2012, I started creating Year End Review photo books as an invaluable way to remember and document key moments in our lives. They also made great gifts for family!
In 2016, I decided to turn my hobby into my business. This is how SeeYourStories came into being.
